The workers themselves were very professional and patient with me. Did very good work. What I did have an issue with was the promise of a savings passed on to me. I needed to purchase a better valve for the shower faucet. When discussing with the service they told me to get it put onto their tab at the local plumbing store as they got a much better price and they would pass that price on to me. I did so, but asked the local store what that valve would cost me if I just purchased it. When I ended up getting my bill the price of the valve was MORE than the local store had quoted me. When I complained to the Drain Brain, suddenly I was ghosted except for a reminder to pay my bill. (After leaving this review I received an apology from the Drain Brain that they somehow missed my complaint text and will now give me the price they paid.) Leaving it as a 4 star as this is a pain to me. But they did do good work.

Kieran was awesome. I had two toilets installed. They were picked up from the supplier and installed quickly and perform as expected. Best part was how clean the rooms were after they were done. I will continue to use them when I have plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend Drain Brain Plumbing in Victoria, BC. Kieran was so patient with me when I was deciding between two different sinks and faucet combinations in my main bathroom. I had him loosely install both, then decided on the first one in the end. His rates were much better than the other quotes I got, and I am very pleased with the professional quality of work. Thanks so much, Drain Brain!! Can't wait to renovate my ensuite next, with your help!
