I’ve struggled with TMJ pain for years, and it became significantly worse over the last few months after my teeth alignment. Before starting physiotherapy, I had never received treatment for it and honestly didn’t even know TMJ treatment was an option. I didn’t realize how much it could improve. Since going consistently to Vinu for physiotherapy, I’ve noticed a huge difference. I can now open my jaw much more comfortably, with significantly decreased pain. Vinu takes her time during appointments, explains everything clearly, and truly listens. You never feel rushed. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients’ progress. I’m so grateful for the improvement I’ve experienced and would highly recommend Vinu to anyone dealing with TMJ pain.

Vinu is the best mix of professional and heart! I worked with her before having my 5th baby and it was the best birth Ive had with little to no tearing… and the healing process was the fastest Ive ever had. Now my baby is almost 7months and I feel like I am in great progression tightening my abs and working on my posture :) Highly recommend allllll you new or seasoned moms get checked out and helped by Vinu!

The Compassion Centre has been wonderful! They were recommended to me postpartum after a complicated labor and emergency c-section which resulted in pelvic floor dysfunction. Vinu has been an absolute lifesaver! I had never experienced pelvic floor therapy before but Vinu made me feel safe and supported from the first visit onwards. Not only is she incredibly compassionate, she is also a highly skilled physio with a strong evidenced based approach that is tailored to your unique needs/concerns. Pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, EMF, and scar massage have given me my life back. My only regret is that I didn’t go sooner, especially prenatally. I would recommend the Compassion Centre to anyone, but especially expectant and postpartum individuals. Their holistic approach to wellness is transformative. And a special shoutout to Negi at the front desk who is always so warm and welcoming at every visit!

I’ve been seeing Vinodini at Compassion Center Sullivan for physiotherapy, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Her approach is very professional and personalized—she explained each exercise and technique clearly, so I knew exactly how it would help me. Vinodini is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. She encourages and motivates you throughout your recovery, making each session comfortable and positive. I’ve noticed significant improvements since starting therapy, and I feel more confident in my mobility and strength. I can’t recommend the Compassion Center enough!! Wow I wish I had discovered them sooner! This is a top-notch clinic with multidisciplinary practitioners to help you on your road to recovery or to just to refresh your wellbeing! From physiotherapy, acupuncture to prenatal massage and counselling they are there to help. I received dry needling treatment from Vinu who from the start was approachable, caring and very knowledgeable. I truly felt listened too and that she just wants to help me get better. I have seen significant improvement and am so incredibly grateful for her expertise. I can’t say enough good things about The Compassion Center, I will forever be a client.
