Loved this Pilates studio. Clean, stylish, and super welcoming from the moment I walked in. The front desk was friendly and gave a great intro to the space. I took both the intermediate/advanced reformer and hot Pilates classes. Challenging workouts, fun music, and I loved that the studio is warm (around 27–30°C). Huge shoutout to Megan and Erin. Amazing instructors who clearly care and make an effort to connect. Lots of chatting before and after class and a real sense of community. The little details were such a nice touch: handwritten notes, an essential-oil cool cloth at the end of class, plus free coffee and water. Everything was clean and well maintained. Also love that they offer child-friendly classes. FYI: no shower/rinse area, and the door is locked between and during classes (buzz in or code), which felt secure. Great downtown location. I’ll definitely be back.

I can’t say enough good things about this Pilates studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely supportive. The environment is so welcoming and positive, and the space itself is beautiful and calming. Plus, the cold towel at the end of each workout is the perfect touch!

I was hesitant to go to a Pilates studio because I didn't think I would "fit in" so to speak. I've had two kids in two years, the last being a C-section and my body is not what it used to be. However, that was not my experience at all. I've gone to two classes now and each time I have been welcomed by very friendly instructors and zero judgment at all. Just encouragement and meeting me where I'm at. Killer workouts, definitely a challenge, but I really enjoy the space and the atmosphere!

This space is so welcoming and warm. I had a private bridal Pilates session booked with some of my bridesmaids, and it was amazing. Our instructor Chantal was phenomenal, and the scented cold towels at the end were a welcome reward! Mackenzie was so sweet and decorated the place to match the bridal theme. Such a lovely experience, a 10/10!

I had my very first Pilates class today with my sister, and we booked a private session with Dani. She was absolutely wonderful, warm, patient, and made everything so easy to follow, even as a complete beginner. The studio itself is beautiful and so comfortable, with such a calm and inviting atmosphere. The room we practiced in was gorgeous, and Dani added the sweetest touch by giving us a handwritten card for our first class, along with a lovely photo of the late Princess Diana. At the end of the class, she even offered us a refreshing cold towel, which was such a perfect way to finish the session. It truly felt so special and thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience, and I will definitely be back! ♥️
