They do not follow specific requests, ruined part of my suit by removing pocket cloth and folding it back into a mess!! It’s clearly important when a suit is being dropped off but they can’t handle with care!!!

Amazing service, I needed a coat rush cleaned before Thanksgiving, and they were able to accommodate me. The price was extremely reasonable, and my coat looked amazing. I will definitely be using them again.

Brought my shirt and glove for sewing repairs. It said on receipt that I can pick up on Wednesday 4pm but they told me it was not ready. Asked if it would be ready the next day morning and they said yes. But my clothes were still not ready by then. I had to visit the shop 3 times just to pickup my order. It was very unprofessional and I had to delay an important trip because of that. The staff only offered $5 discount. Sewing quality is fine. It would be better if they didn't use green thread for my black glove. Wouldn't recommend if you expect them to finish on time.

They gave my suit that I dropped off to clean to someone else! They don’t check receipts! Horrible customer service, when I asked them to call customers they gave it off to they said that I had picked it up! CLEARLY I DIDNT BECAUSE WHY WOULD I BE HERE TO PICK UP MY SUIT?! They also admitted to me they don’t check receipts and played it off like it’s my fault. When I questioned where my suit is they threatened to call the police on me. Do not go here. The service is horrible and now I don’t have a suit. I have attached my suit so if anyone reads this that may have picked it up please return it so I have a suit to wear.
