I am more than happy to recommend Nadine Stunzi. I find her to be compassionate, encouraging, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about how to treat cancer patients in a way that is both safe and effective. She took her time to do a comprehensive assessment, to review scan reports, and carefully explained her understanding every step of the way. She is available in person and via Telehealth for patients like me who live outside of Greater Victoria, and uses technology to share individualized exercise program recommendations online for practice at home. Research shows that some cancer patients who regularly exercise tend to have better outcomes than those who do not. Cancer physiotherapists are so hard to find and I'm so grateful to have Nadine as an important member of my treatment team.

Nadine is a phenomenal physiotherapist. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her implicitly. She treated me after a large surgery and helped me get back to activity again. She taught me how to move and heal. I have gone back to her with each ache and pain and she has always ensured that I left heard and healed. I strongly recommend that everyone see her in order to heal.

Nadine was super welcoming and after sitting down with me, really took the time to understand what I've been dealing with. Once she diagnosed the issue I was having, Nadine really put me at ease, explained how she would be able to help me going forward with a treatment & exercise plan. I was very impressed with my initial intake visit and look forward to working with her. Highly recommend!

I echo the positive reviews here. I knew I wanted physiotherapy but I didn't realize how much excellent support, advice, and care I would receive. I found cancer treatment to be quite isolating and worrying. Nadine really helped me understand where I stood in my journey and that my large list of symptoms and side-effects (and related anxiety) was expected. I always leave her sessions feeling better and armed with a plan for progress. If any oncologist is reading this, I highly recommend Nadine for their patients. If BC Cancer is looking to add a physio in Victoria, she's got my vote.
