I arrived with a messy, grey-tone car honestly a bit depressive for the season and I left with a brand-new shine and excellent detailing. I didn’t even realize how much my car had aged over the years until now. Super convenient too: you can leave your car and do some shopping in the meantime. And let’s talk about Jason Wang what a gentleman. Very reliable, very polite. I honestly want to go back just for the simple fact of saying hi to him again. We loved this spot. A real gem for car detailing. 🤍

This is a mom-and-pop style car wash located in the Metrotown underground parking. The first time we got our car washed, we honestly weren’t happy with the result. However, what really stood out was the customer service. Jason personally reached out to us, asked us to come back, and fixed everything at no charge. That alone says a lot. He genuinely cared about making it right, and we were really happy with how he handled it. Jason is a really nice guy — you can just feel it from his vibe. Old-school, honest, and respectful. The only thing I’d suggest on his end is maybe not taking on too many cars at once. The first time we went, he was working alone and clearly overloaded, which affected the quality. But again, he owned it and fixed it without hesitation. Overall, great customer service, great attitude, and someone who actually stands behind their work.

Great service and attitude! My car was very dirty and I didn’t have an appointment, but the owner helped me right away and cleaned it perfectly. The price is reasonable and the owner is very friendly. The location is in the mall’s underground parking lot, so you can go shopping while waiting. Super convenient! Highly recommend!

Took my car here for an exterior wash and couldn’t be happier. Jason did an amazing job and finished in under an hour. My car was extremely dirty when I dropped it off, and it was absolutely sparkling when I came back. Great service and attention to detail — highly recommend!

Wow! Jason did an amazing job. My car was absolutely filthy inside and out when I brought it to the Auto Spa. In under 3 hours, they did the complete detail package, with exterior wash and wax, interior vacuum and shampoo, conditioning for the leather, and they cleaned all the nooks and crannies. My car looks and feels and smells like a new car. Also this place is so convenient at the mall and skytrain. Jason was very nice, professional, and easy to communicate with. Very attentive to detail. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back.
