Michelle Moncur is taking me from stiff and sore, to loose and more! I recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle Moncur at Apollo Clinic in Chilliwack, and I can't speak highly enough of her expertise and dedication. As a physiotherapist and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified professional, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Her positive and calm demeanor immediately puts you at ease, and she takes the time to listen and create a personalized action plan that addresses your specific needs. For me, her TPI certification was a huge bonus as it directly relates to improving golf movements. Working with Michelle has not only helped assess and treat my physical weaknesses but also improved my freedom of movement significantly. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone, even those who are just feeling old or stiff — she's been instrumental in enhancing my physical fitness and quality of life. She has exceeded my expectations and continues to help me achieve my goals!

Michelle in Physio is my go to? She’s absolutely amazing. I have had three pretty bad injuries over the last two years and she has always fixed me up and improved my quality of life. I will never go to anyone else.

Gaby has magic hands! I went to she her as I was struggling with, what I thought was shoulder pain. As it turned out, it was largely a bicep issue. She worked her absolute magic (and suggested some movements to help). After a few treatments, I was back in the gym. She knows her stuff and she’s a super kind human! Thanks Gaby!! ❤️👍🙌

We just recently moved to this area and needed to find massage therapists for me and my son. We visited for the first time last week and we had a great experience. The staff are welcoming, the facilities are tranquil and immaculate, and the massage was great. Insurance was accepted and processed without issue and I’m looking forward to being a long-time customer!
