Such a clean and relaxing space. Kelly and Jess always make sure to answer any questions and make sure you're comfortable before anything starts. There's never any pressure to do more, and the results have always been 10/10.

Firstly, the space is gorgeous and so clean, and the location is a 10/10 lakefront! But most importantly, the doctors and nurses are unmatched! Jess goes above and beyond with detail to ensure you get your preferred results. She is so careful and mindful, and gentle when injecting. I cannot say enough great things about the team at Annex. Lastly, I do need to also mention that I appreciate the way they provide knowledge and great information based on my requests and questions, vs upselling. It’s truly such a treat visiting the Annex every time!

The team at The Annex are amazing! I've been going to The Annex regularly over the the last couple of years and highly recommend it. Dr Kelly Mandeville is thorough with her assessments and takes a personalized approach to her treatments. The whole team is so kind and they make it clear that the door is always open if we have questions or concerns leading up to and/or after any treatment.

Everyone at the Annex is amazing! Lindsay is so great with Botox injections, she’s cured my TMJ symptoms and I no longer get migraines daily. Couldn’t recommend enough!
