I have never been a yoga person. But this past summer I had the mindset of restore and renew and while some of my physical healing has not improved as fast as I wanted it to, I feel rejuvenated for the next school year. I have more mental and emotional clarity in myself and I have tried to let the negative things in my life go. Through accepting things to be what they are in that moment I feel more grounded and present. I am trying to worry less, feel things more honestly and pray over the things that have me struggling or at an impass. The yoga I've been doing has be so rewarding to empty my worry brain, breath better and restore movement into my body. My aches and pains are still there but I feel more willing to push past and work through those road blocks where as I felt limited before and in doing so my body has started to trust itself again. This has been a great foundation to helping me heal! I've really enjoyed the flow into stillness class as it has a mix of Hatha, flow and yin which allows me to try and see what my body is capable of. That Yoga Place in spruce grove is a wonderful space and recommend anyone wanting to try yoga. Its beginner friendly and Instructor Tracey is amazing!

It's an awesome yoga experience every time I go and I have been a regular for over a year. My two favorite instructors are Matt and Rebecca hot yoga Monday and Wednesday evening. I always leave feeling mentally and physically refreshed.

This studio has been my go-to for hot yoga for years! The instructors are engaging, very knowledgeable in their practice and lead by example. Class times fit most schedules, and beginners or advanced students are accommodated with warm, hot and yin classes. Check out the workshops on the website. The studio offers many options to join, flexible memberships, 30 day yoga challenges etc highly recommend to check out this yoga community.

I had my first hot yoga class here, let me tell you I was so impressed with how welcoming and warm this place was, the energy was amazing and they even let me use their yoga mat for my first free class! I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for the great experience 10/10

Awesome! Great facilities, space and atmosphere. Instructors are excellent and patient. Staff are fantastic. As someone new to yoga, I really appreciate it. I always leave feeling great. My Friday Night and Sunday Morning Classes are something I look forward to each week. Thanks all!
