Solid gym. Small group training, knowledgeable staff, useful app, and 24/7 access. The atmosphere is relaxed and the people are friendly. I have gym anxiety and feel comfortable here, which says a lot 🙂

Temple Fitness is the place to be whether you are a seasoned athlete or looking to increase your fitness. I workout with Melissa and she is so kind and patient - even when we need to modify a modified exercise. All trainers have the same kindness and welcome you with a smile. A true judgement free zone to work on yourself.

Great staff, huge facility, meat and potatoes kind of gym. It’s not fancy, it’s rustic. Never taken part in their classes but really enjoy the simplicity of the gym.

I'm trying to find a gym for my wife to use while she's in Medicine Hat. I tried calling this gym and they refused to return my call but want to text me only. We could have established that they aren't the gym I'm looking for within a 2 minute conversation over the phone. Because they don't have the most basic pieces of cardio equipment like a treadmill or an elliptical. Ok they suggested other gyms but when I asked if they had a stationary bike, ghosted me. Far below average customer service and zero professionalism. 👎👎 Zero stars

Love Temple Fitness! Great people and knowledge trainers, very good selection of weights for resistance training, however does lack some basic cardio equipment such as treadmill(s), stationary spin bike, etc.
