Work was done well but they added a fair amount of fake time for a 20 minute job despite what I was quoted on the phone. If they did this to all customers they would be billing far more hours than a 24 hour day would allow.

10/10 recommend Tek Plumbing! Their staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable, and anytime we’ve had an issue they’ve been able to come quickly and get it fixed right away. Great service every time.

My husband called them to unclog a drain in our kitchen. The plumber came and looked then proceeded to leave several times for tools - time in which we were charged for. One time leaving for an extended time to return with a bucket and some rags. He wasn’t super friendly and seemed super upset to be at our home doing the job. He poked a small hole in the clog, ran the water for a few minutes and left. It was clogged again within a day - we could hear it still gurgling the second he left our home. Told us it was a problem with the pipes and how they were installed even though we’ve lived in our home over ten years without problems. Had plumbers come from another company who were successful in completing the job for us.

Hot water on demand had quit working and gave them a call. They had someone there immediately and fixed up in no time!!
