Extremely unprofessional experience 👎 👎 👎 . Tek Climate cancelled appointments at the last minute and failed to complete the agreed work. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly shifted blame onto the client. There is a clear pattern in how they respond to negative reviews on google, accusing customers of being abusive, denying the situation, or claiming they do not recognize the client who posted the review, rather than addressing legitimate concerns. This is a deliberate tactic to avoid accountability. The owner, Chris, was initially pleasant, but his demeanor changed quickly once issues arose. The reception staff, Louiesa and Mae, often lacked clear information, were unable to confirm appointments, and delayed responses, leaving the client without timely updates. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company to handle work professionally or honestly.

Tek Climate installed a new furnace for me in December of 2021 and I was very impressed with everyone involved, from the sales rep to the office staff and installation team. I required some repairs the past week and cannot say enough about Chris, the owner. He was extremely helpful and covered all the bases in making sure my furnace was working efficiently. He is professional and very considerate (much appreciated as a senior and widow whose husband used to tend to these types of things). I am grateful to Chris for all his help and also to Mae and Louisa for assisting me each time I called the office. Thank you all so much. I highly recommend Tek Climate.

Excellent experience with this company, including with Chris and the techs who did the installation. They very recently installed a new Lennox furnace and Lennox heat pump in our home. The level of professionalism was great. They didn't try to upsell products and there was no pressure. Super friendly, respectful, and flexible on scheduling. TEK provided several furnace replacement options, which were very clearly laid out, and the pricing for each option was competitive with other companies. They did the walk through of the job in advance with me to ensure all items of concern were addressed and planned. TEK also took care of everything for the actual installation including the electrical. Many other companies don't do the electrical and need to call in others at a significant cost. The worksite was properly cleaned up, and Chris provided instructions on how to operate the furnace and heat pump. Further, TEK coordinated the rebate application process, so I didn't need to worry about anything. This level of service was thorough and really appreciated! I would highly recommend TEK to anyone looking for furnace and heat pump replacement or servicing.

A few days ago, TEK installed a heat pump at my home, and I’m very satisfied with the result. The installation was done with great attention to detail and a clean finish. Both the technicians and the owners were highly experienced and skilled. They provide excellent service and respond quickly to fix any issues. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend them.

Best company in Metro Vancouver! I highly recommend TEK to everyone. They installed dual heat pump system in my townhouse and it's working great. Piping and finish look very organized and neat. Thanks to Chris and Guy for the great job! I will come back again for any M&E upgrades.
