I needed a pair of custom orthotic inserts and I'm happy I chose this clinic. Dr Bailey is very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the reasons for my foot pain, provided solutions(foot exercises), and sent me a list of YouTube links. Previously, I went to a podiatrist for my orthotics and they were not this detailed. The best part is the foot exam and custom orthotic insert are more affordable than what the Vancouver clinics are charging by a few hundred dollars. I would definitely come back in a few years for my next pair.

My chiropractor retired and when I injured my lower back I was desperate. In pain at 0330 a.m. I made an online booking with Dr. Bailey and was relieved he had an opening available that day. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, demeanour, knowledge and patience. He listened intently, made notes and never rushed. He was thorough and explained my injury in detail and explained the process of fixing the injury and what I could expect. His adjustments were spot on and I was able to move freely once again. I have had several followups and it is the same everytime, he is amazing and I highly recommend him and his clinic.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Bailey at TeamWell Health in Richmond. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain what’s going on and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. I always leave feeling better. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Dr. Bailey and this clinic enough! The clinic itself is incredibly welcoming, and always a pleasure to visit. Dr. Bailey is fantastic, he is super understanding and addresses all of my concerns with such care and patience. What sets him apart is his commitment to education. He always explains everything he does during the appointment, making sure I’m completely informed and at ease. I always feel fully comfortable and heard. He also follows up with personalized stretches and exercises that are easy to incorporate into my daily routine, which are vital for long term progress. If you are looking for a chiropractor who is thorough, caring, and communicative, this is the place to go.

He took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain the treatment plan clearly, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
