Tashlight responded very quickly to my initial reach out via their website and were able to send a technician over in a timely manner. Not only could they easily tell what the issue was (which I hadn’t known), they then picked up the parts for it immediately and the entire process was completed in under 2 hours. Ethan is fantastic! He is nice and kind, and cleaned my dryer vent, and replace one quickly. The quality of his job is quite high. Even though my laundry room was pretty messy, he didn’t complain about it, he just made some space for his tasks, and he did it! Ask Ethan to clean/fix anything. He is capable, responsive, and friendly person! (He looks a bit shy though! :) )
