Kirsten, Lynnsey and Natasha are an amazing team whose respectful and knowledgeable care has given me my life back after 7 years of chronic back pain. I tried several other physio clinics with no results at all, but since starting a program with Tapestry I am totally pain free and feel truly empowered. I am so very grateful!

When your pelvic floor decides to play tricks on you, you need wise, kind, capable support. Kristin's knowledge and calm, caring manner make what could be an uncomfortable experience feel very normal and very hopeful. I feel I have a wonderful professional support person for whom no question is foolish and who can see ways through challenge. The practice is bright and airy and always has lovely music playing in the background that helps me to relax. Julia - who is in charge of appointments is not only on the ball, but absolutely delightful. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with this practice.

I found TAPESTRY Integrative Health while searching for someone who could help me with my chronic neck pain and tension migraines. Kirsten and Natasha knew exactly how to treat the issues I was experiencing and it has been life changing. My neck pain is literally gone and I haven’t had a migraine in almost 2 months and I usually got them at least once a week. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and they both have a beautiful gift of knowing exactly how to treat the issues at hand. I am so grateful to have found this wonderful space and the staff are all so lovely and kind. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Kirsten is a lovely person and physiotherapist who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in women's health. She patiently listens, provides further insight, and encouragement. I cannot recommend her pelvic floor releases enough, as years of tension and pain have left my body. Truly transformative. Her clinic space, staff, and online booking is so helpful and makes it easy for you to seek the care you need and deserve. Thank you so much to everyone at Tapestry for all the good you do for the patients who come to you looking for a safe haven from a medical system that overlooks and falls short when it comes to women's health.

Kirsten is a master in her field! I saw her for pelvic floor issues and left after the first treatment feeling extremely relieved and comfortable for the first time in almost a year. She explained the hands-on technique very comprehensively so I was at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointments, not only because I knew each treatment would bring me closer to achieving optimal pelvic floor health but also because of the great conversation! Ladies, If you need help with your pelvic floor, don't be shy, run don't walk to Tapestry Integrative Health! It might be the best self-care gift you give yourself ever.
