Shane was fantastic. He answered all of my questions, was very professional, and truly took the time to listen. I explained that I have anxiety when it comes to leaks and similar issues, and once he finished the job, he even took the extra step to show me that the toilet wasn’t leaking—without me even asking. He simply remembered my concern and went out of his way to reassure me. While the cost was a bit higher than I expected, the quality of service exceeded my expectations, so it balanced out. You get what you pay for, and with Shane, I felt the service was well worth it.

Tap 2 Drain: repiped our house with pure link; installed a new toilet & bathtub; and added a house water filter. We were very impressed with the customer service we received! Chris provided a thorough quote, captured everything accurately, and speedily answered our sundry of questions. Ron did an awesome job. He was professional, competent, and friendly. What could have been a stressful renovation was performed in a timely, efficient, reliable manner!

The company does an excellent job of informing you of the estimate of the work to be done. A great group of professionals...Steve, Chris, Alexi and Chad... who worked efficiently and were very respectful of our home. We had all the Poly B removed and redone which was a huge job. They completed the installation of the new water pipes within the week and Jason...the drywaller they provided was excellent. It was satisfying to know that the quote provided included the complete job without any extra surprises along the way. I am using them again to service my tankless H2O and replace my furnace filter system. I will highly recommend the company and continue to use their services when needed.

We reached out to Tap 2 Drain Plumbing to have our Poly B piping and hot water tank replaced in our Langley town house. We were extremely happy with how quickly and promptly everything went. Thank you so much for the great experience, tech's were super friendly and professional! Steve, Jillian, and Aaron went above and beyond for me. When Aaron found a huge dent on my brand new dishwasher, not only did he take it back to the store for me, he also picked up a new one, and then installed it! Saved me a ton of time. They also reduced another bill when it turned out to be an easier job! This type of honesty and service is tough to find! I'd hire T2D again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
