I'm not sure why Lily is the only one doing nails in this salon?! The other 2 ladies are out until the 24th of February. Lily is ok, but I do believe she is still learning as I have had issues with my nails from the last time she did them? I will have to find somewhere else to go for a fill....

I have always received great service at the salon. Pedicure, manicure, gel or shellac is clean, neat and lasts, I am now living 3 hours away and try to book an appointment when in Regina. Wonderful owner Lynn and her staff never let me down.

I went to Tammy's nails and had a gel fill and color done on September 5, 2024. I was helped by a lady that has never helped me before. I think her name is Lily. She did not follow my directions and there was a language barrier for sure. She was very slow as well. It took an hour and a half for a fill and a new color. Any other time I have been there it has taken roughly 45 minutes. I was not super happy with the final product but did pay for the service provided. My nails were not painted to the edges, not filed properly and the tops of the nails started to chip and lift after about a week. I went online on the 16th of September and booked an appointment with Dung for the 18th, so that I could show them my nails and let them know what happened on my previous visit. When I walked in for the appointment I was greeted by Dung, and I let her know that I had the appointment at 5pm. This was about 4:45pm. She told me to have a seat and then she went in the back and sent out the other lady to do my nails. This is the same lady that I was unhappy with last time. I assumed that since I was early, maybe she was finishing up a break and was having someone else start the process. This was not the case. She did not do my nails which is disappointing because I made the appointment with Dung. Not anyone else. Again, my nails are not painted to the edges. They are not filed properly so they will be chipping and lifting again within a week. This appointment also took an hour and a half. I arrived at 4:45 and did not get into my car until 6:15. I understand that she is obviously learning and needs the practice, but I made an appointment with a specific person, and I was not asked if it was okay for someone else to do my nails. I have paid 95.00 dollars this month alone getting my nails fixed. Ridiculous. I normally have to go once a month for a fill. Not every 2 weeks. I am very disappointed with the service I received, and I will be thinking long and hard about going back there.

This is a safe place to chat as well, and they focus on perfecting your nails in the way you want them to be. ❤️ (Many colors and different types of polish to try - if you are unsure of what to seek - they would not disappoint you.)

I use to love this place... today I went in for a fill 2 girls I never seen there before working not only did the girl file to deep into my nails she didn't know how to air brush the number one reason why I go here , so I just went basic cause she didn't know how to so any designs she tried both air brush an free hand an failed horribly at both so I said just plain white tips is fine so she did that then when I requested a basic top coat charged me 10$ extra for a coat of clear nail polish my nails look horrible and the other girl was rude am refused to fix them cause they were closing but still had no problem taking 50$ for a horrible job an poor customer service. I won't be back .
