I have had a great experience with the Tall Tree team, including Sabrina (massage therapist), Jelena (physiotherapist), and Prabhjot (chiropractor). Sabrina is highly skilled, and her expertise effectively helped relieve tension; Jelena is very knowledgeable and taught me the right exercises for my condition; and Prabhjot provided excellent chiropractic care. I would highly recommend all of them and would like to say thank you to everyone, including the friendly admin team.

Although I live in Langley, this clinic is more than worth the drive! I have received acupuncture on numerous occasions (Zoe is incredibly intuitive and effective), Chiropractic services (Prabhjot fixed my TMJ in one session), and Physiotherapy (Dominic is a very knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist who has helped me with a variety of concerns over the past couple years. There are very few health care professionals I have met that provide this level of care. I always leave this clinic feeling motivated and optimistic. Thank you Tall Tree staff for all your care!

Tall Tree Health is a warm and inviting clinic, with great location for easy access, and out front parking! The receptionist was delightful and helpful as I was a new patient. Zoe the acupuncturist is a wonderful health provider who was kind, experienced, and exceptionally skillful with needle insertion (informing for anyone hesitant or scared of needles). I very much look forward to working with Zoe on my health journey.

Since the takeover of the former Westcoast SCI by Tall Tree Health, this place has changed. Instead of having receptionist on Saturdays, they replaced this with a QR code one has to scan to check in with. If you want to know your balance or how appointments you have allowed by your insurance company, this you can't simply ask someoyafter your appointment, you have to call in. I feel for the trainers there, Accupuncture, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologist and Nutritionist who each have to be also part time receptionists! Something they didn't train for when attending University! The seniors classes were raised $50 /person for 10 classes. One might not think that is much, but I'd ask a senior who is on a fixed income. Tall Tree Health are definitely interested in making $$, as they have stated they are now at industry standards for the services they provide. To be clear, the professionals that work here are great, each know how to bring resolve to your health concerns! My rating reflects that of ownership just wanting more if our $$.

I highly recommend Zoe the Acupuncturist in Tall tree clinic. She did the amazing job with her quick assessment and figuring out the pain source right away. Having a continuous hands on experience was great for me as I saw the therapist before that they just put some needles and leave the room.
