Thank you to the entire team at Taikoo Animal Clinic, especially Dr. Hsu and Dr. Kwan, for the care, compassion, and professionalism you showed our beagle (Buddy) over the 9 years he was in your care. The vets and staff were always kind, patient, and thorough, and we truly appreciated the time you took to explain things and look after his well-being. Saying goodbye was incredibly difficult, but your empathy and support during that time meant more to us than words can express. We are deeply grateful for everything you did for our beloved dog.

I am truly grateful for the care and dedication shown by the team at this pet hospital. My dog was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, and thanks to their professional treatment and thoughtful guidance, his condition is now stable. He is living comfortably and happily, which means the world to me. The doctors and staff here are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. They always take the time to explain every step and make sure we feel supported. I highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and responsible veterinary clinic.

The staff and the doctor in this clinic are very professional. They will try their best to meet the needs of their clients. Our dog is going to Australia soon, which requires a lot of preparation for documents. The clinic staff patiently helped us fill up the relevant information and helped us follow up on the important examination report. I would recommend this veterinary hospital to everyone.

We’ve been to this clinic for more than 10 years. They provide the best service. Dr. Hsu, Dr. Kuan, Dr. Chiu, and all the assistances are very patient, professional and experienced. All of our pets were given detailed care. They tried their best to keep the well-being of pets. The dogs were always happy to be here and refused to leave. Both of them tried acupuncture and it helped their arthritis a lot. The cats were furious thou.
