The staff is always lovely and makes you feel comfortable. The sauna and the tea were both perfect for the cold day. My friends and I all loved it and already have talked about booking our next appointment!

I’ve been for Banya three times now, such a fun experience to share with friends. It’s a nice mix of relaxation and socializing. Make sure you bring good snacks, and request a pair of venik if you want the full experience! The team is always polite and courteous and happy to run you through the process if you need! 10/10

I’m so grateful I found Nadia and her magical hands at Synergy Spa & Sauna. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly a miracle worker. My skin and face have never looked better. Tatiana is a master of her craft; her manicures and pedicures are always clean, precise, and beautifully done. Highly recommend this spa!
