Loi is an amazing therapist and a wonderful, hardworking person. She is very skilled at what she does. I have seen many different massage therapists over the years and Loi is definitely one of the best! If you allow her to, she will “dig into” the problem area and the relief can last a few weeks. It is worth the drive to go see her. I highly recommend Loi!

Had a great experience with synergy. One of the best part is its very close to my home (personal opinion). Otherwise, Deeksha she guided me well, how to use my insurance benefits. After working in front of computers my back was totally messed but Namya (massage therapist) have taken care all of it now i have no stiffness and pain in my neck and shoulders. Ambiance was also very good and clean.

I have been seeing Satveer Thandi at Synergy Rehab for dry needling since October, and I can confidently say I’ve never been disappointed, not even once. Satveer truly knows what she’s doing. She’s skilled, intentional, and genuinely cares about her patients. Every session, she takes the time to understand what’s going on, targets the exact issue, and actually resolves it. I often walk into my appointments in pain or feeling sore, and I leave lighter, and by the next morning, I wake up feeling completely refreshed. Her consistency and precision are unmatched. I’ve already recommended her to several of my colleagues because I trust her work that much. She’s only in the clinic three times a week, so I always make sure to prebook since her schedule fills up fast (which tells you everything you need to know). I’m not discrediting any of the other physiotherapists I’ve seen here, they were all good, but Satveer is the only one who was able to truly help me. If you’re considering dry needling or looking for a physiotherapist who genuinely gets to the root of your pain, I couldn’t recommend Satveer Thandi enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As a first-time patient after being involved in an accident, I called Synergy Rehab in a bit of a panic and I’m so glad I did! Mansi and her amazing team at the front desk were incredibly kind and quick to help, getting me scheduled right away. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Shannen, the physiotherapist, Ferdinand, the massage therapist, and Ivory, the acupuncturist, were all so professional, friendly, and caring. They each took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything, which really helped me relax through the whole process. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, I immediately felt at home. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly and highly recommend Synergy Rehab to anyone needing great care and genuine people!
