Hugh and Scott did a phenomenal job installing some lights and ceiling fans. Very kind, respectful, professional, thorough and competent folks. They were very careful not to make any damage in a new built home. Initial chat and estimates were with Samuel. Communication with him was clear, estimate was precise.... Some post-estimate exchanges could have been less scripted, but glad I ended up choosing them regardless. Highly recommend...

Symmetry Electric replaced a rusted exterior hydro conduit, meter base, and internal electric panel at our home in the fall of 2025. Samuel was excellent throughout the process, from the assessment, to answering all my questions and concerns, to completion of the work. I’ve previously had traumatic experiences with contractors and I am grateful Symmetry Electric was a completely positive experience. The most important thing was that all concerns were addressed before the contract was finalized. The contract was thorough in describing the work. And pricing was fair and the payment schedule was clearly itemized. From the moment Samuel’s team arrived to do the work, until they left, I had no worries. They were a pleasure to engage with and were very considerate and clean. They worked seemlessly with the hydro crew as well. A special thank you goes out to Samuel for removing a gift left by our neighbourhood cat outside. He didn’t have to, but he was kind enough to do it for us. Samuel and his team are a rare find. They are down to earth and naturally deliver quality service while treating their clients with honour and respect. I wish continued success and high standards to Samuel and his team. We won’t hesitate to contact them should we require their services in the future.

Symmetry upgraded a circuit to accommodate a new built-in oven, which involved feeding a new heavy cable from one end of the house to the other through finished areas. Samuel, Scott, and Hugh assessed the options and found ways that required only one small cut in a finished surface. They were courteous and careful and communicated well, leaving the work areas tidy. All this finished more quickly than I expected. An excellent job. I would definitely recommend Symmetry Electric to anyone.

Symmetry was referred to us through our renovation contractor. Symmetry was able to conduct an assessment visit on a Saturday morning, which we very much appreciated owing to the fact neither of us works from home and we work long hours. We upgraded our electrical panel and had pot lights installed in several rooms in our late 1970s home. Symmetry provided clear, complete and timely responses to our questions. They worked seamlessly with our contractor and designer. We noticed an issue following the installation of one room’s pot lights and Symmetry promptly fixed issue the next day. Symmetry reminded us that great customer service does still exist.

We are extremely happy with our experience working with Symmetry for an upgrade to 200A service and installation of a new panel with generator interface. Samuel did the initial assessment and made sensible recommendations for cost-effective project options. Kristi’s project planning and coordination was organized and precise. Communications and were clear and responsive. If we called or sent questions, Samuel or Kristi always answered promptly. The team on site was personable, highly professional and did neat and meticulous work. The end result here - completed exactly to schedule - is a thing of beauty from the new mast on the roof to the panel itself. I took the panel cover off to have a look - it actually looks like artwork in there. This old house suddenly feels rejuvenated. I added a before and after photo below. Thanks to Samuel, Scott and Hassan for a job well done. Highly recommended.
