*UPDATE* Very passive aggressive comment from the business. Thank you for responding. I did say “it’s okay” in the moment because I didn’t want to make a scene which I could have done I also said “we won’t be back” hence why it was okay. but that doesn’t mean the service met expectations. As paying customers, we shouldn’t have to guess whether a service is finished or ask for basic steps like cleaning off scrub or lotion. I simply expected a complete pedicure experience. I appreciate the apology, but I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers don’t leave feeling the same way. Please do better. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RUSHED!!! Me and my hubby went for pedicures, everything was fine until we started getting them done. The guy who did mine was clearly rushing because there was others waiting before us (don’t double book appointments or take walk ins when you have confirmed appointments) anyways, I got the spa pedicure and my hubby got the male deluxe pedicure, never gave me colors to look at prior, he stood over me while I chose my color (again feeling rushed) I walked in at 5:40pm and was done by 6/6:05pm, it was very clear that he was rushing, then the women who did my hubbys pedi starts doing someone else’s nails while his feet were wrapped, she didn’t even come back to finish her job but the guy that finished mine, just slipped the bags off my hubbys feet and didn’t even bother to clean off the excess scrub, no lotion on the legs just took them off and walked to the back, I had to ask them if he was done or not because nobody said anything, so we put our socks on and went to pay, I voiced my concerns and was never offered a discount or anything!! All they could say was sorry, I told them “it’s okay but we won’t be back” I’m a paying customer for god sake, terrible service and did nothing to resolve this issue. I would be happy to get my money back. If you want good service RUBY NAILS AND SPA, go see Travis he’s so kind and all their employees are amazing! You won’t be rushed out of there!

Slow service, had to wait 20 minutes to start acrylic nails. The artist kept leaving during service and handed me off to another person who wasn’t in the building to help other customers. Bad first experience but they gave me a discount.

CLEAN YOUR SHOP!!!!!!! You guys do amazing work, but you need a healthy sanitary workplace for people to want to come back so PLEASE clean your shop. Nobody wants to see fingernail clippings all over the place. Again, great work, awesome nails, but please clean up shop.

I got a set of acrylic nails done here on Nov 19. They did a sloppy job of painting the tips, also known as capping the nail. By the end of November almost all of them were lifting (coming off the nail bed). I called Dec 2 and they said since it was past 10 days I’d have to pay to have them fixed. They do not post or inform you of this policy, otherwise I would have called earlier. I went in to have them fixed. The technician burned my nail several time with the electric file which was painful. The redo was lumpy and misshapen. Sloppy cap job as well. They have begun to lift again. I’ll probably end up removing them and getting them completely redone. Will NOT be returning and will not recommend. Save your money and don’t waste your time going here. (Photos are of the redo taken Dec 8) Update: The business replied. On the phone I said almost ALL of my nails were lifting, not 1. They said on the phone it’s 10 days warranty not 7. WILL not be going back won’t recommend to anyone. I don’t want to get burned nails that don’t last and to be gaslit.
