I hired this company to do a deep clean for a move out and I was sadly disappointed. Initially I was told there would be two people coming on a certain day for 2 hours and then they couldn't make that day so we had to reschedule and then it turned out to be one person for 4 hours. Unfortunately I'm not sure what their definition of a deep clean is or what they did for 4 hours as I had to redo a lot of it myself. I notified the owner and sent pictures after it was supposedly cleaned, and thought he would send a cleaner back or reimburse me but after several days now I have not heard back. I had to wipe the counters, clean the top of my fridge and the fridge freezer, I wiped all the cupboards out due to bread crumbs, gunk, twist ties etc, cleaned the window tracks, swept and mopped the floors. I wanted the unit spotless before I showed it to new potential renters and due to the delay and having to do it myself was very frustrating.

We were moving into our new home and it needed a clean asap. I'm so happy they were able to accommodate quickly and make it work. Only negative thing to say is they don't use scented products so it doesn't have that "clean" smell. Very happy with our service and may use them monthly going forward!
