I work in a helping profession and deal with compassion fatigue as well as a muscle disease, and this place has become the highlight of my week. The contrast therapy truly helps both my body and mind. Calm space, incredibly friendly staff, ultra clean and a great experience every time. There’s also a ton of parking. My husband and I look forward to it weekly and always leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.

Awesome spot! Eric, the owner, is super down-to-earth and makes you feel right at home. The sauna and cold plunge setup is top-notch, clean, and private. Perfect place to reset and recharge. Highly recommend!

I love sweat & shiver! The facilities are always clean and the temperatures are also set to therapeutic levels! Konnor is a fantastic resource for sauna knowledge and Georgia & Bradley at the front desk are so lovely

Honestly a huge must visit! My boyfriend and I go here once a week. Such a relaxing way to reset and so good for your health! As someone from Finnish blood and raised with true saunas this is the closest we can find in the area. 👌🏼 Connor, Eric, and Georgia are such a great team! Always have a good laugh with one of them while there.

Love this place! It’s the perfect way to relax and recover, and leaves you feeling really good. The place is clean, private and has everything you need. The sauna is really spacious and the cold plunge is the perfect temperature. Eric was really helpful and accommodating with everything, which is appreciated. Definitely recommend checking it out for yourself!
