⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Professional & Detailed We had a great experience with Surrey Valley Roofing from start to finish. Communication was clear, the quote was transparent, and the workmanship was excellent. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean and tidy every day. The finished roof looks fantastic and the attention to detail really shows. Martin and Jack and their team did a brilliant job of re-roofing my Victorian terraced house. The project was small, but complex, however the job was finished on schedule even though there was unforseen additional work including completely rebuilding my chimney and necessary work on adjoining neighbours' roofs. They had a good working relationship with my structural engineer and their communication with me was excellent. They kept me informed of progress regularly, even inviting me onto the roof to see the work at every stage. I would recommend them very highly to anyone for a roofing/building project and I would definitely employ them again.

Exceptional Service The joys of buying a house often mean spending hard-earned money on the less glamorous things—like a new roof. And cannot rate the team at Surrey Roofs, led by Martin and Jack, highly enough. They made the entire process straightforward and completely stress-free. They arranged a face-to-face estimate using their clever drone and had the full report back to us that very same afternoon. From there, all we had to do was choose the tile colour and any extras—we could simply sit back while the team handled the rest. Everything ran like clockwork. They organised the scaffolding, waste removal, and every last detail. At the end of each day, the garden and driveway were left spotless—I never once came home to a mess after work. From receiving the quote to having our new roof fitted took only a matter of weeks. If only more companies worked to the same high standards! We even had a storm in between and Martin and Jack ensured the roof was secure and were at the end of the phone should any tiles come away. They didn’t! I felt confident from my first meeting with Martin and wasn't disappointed. Communication was excellent from start to finish. My questions were always answered fully and promptly. All the tradesmen were polite. They swarmed over the roof stripping off tiles, fitting felt, battens, new tiles, new chimney flashings, repointing chimney stacks, fitting cowls and doing everything else that constitutes a new roof. They also laid new loft insulation, fitted new guttering and downpipes, and carried out various associated repairs. The works were all completed to schedule. The site was kept tidy. It was a very stress-free operation, for me at least!
