My daughter has been going to this gym for three years now. This is like our second home. Coaches are great. They pay attention to kids. It’s a nonprofit society so people who were complaining about smell and cleanup should know that it’s parents who are managing the facility. They are all volunteers investing their own time on this gym. If only we can find a new place or get some funding from the City, this place will become the best gym in Surrey. Kids love this place and are very happy with their gym.

I want to give a shout to the staff, new board of directors and coaches in Surrey Gymnastics. Thank you for running the gym fantastically despite all the hardship at the beginning of the season. I see all the hard work the board putting in the gym for all levels classes and especially the new layout and improved scent. My girl is trained happily with her teammates. She is a strong, motivated girl who gets good results from recent competitions with support of her team and coaches. Surrey Gym also has a great location for families in North Surrey and North Delta. I highly recommend this gym to all girls who want to try gymnastics.

We had my daughter's 8th birthday party here. It was an awesome party! The staff were very flexible and accommodating. The coaches were great with the kids, lead some activities, and gave them lots of free time to play on the equipment. Party room was spacious with 4 tables for the kids to sit around to eat. Full size fridge was available to store food and drinks.

This is our third year at this gym. Coaches are amazing, knowledgeable and caring and gym is spacious. I love the fact that kids don’t have to miss school to attend training sessions so schedule wise, it works well for us. I would definitely recommend this gym to others.

I’ve been dealing with this nonprofit organization for over 7 months now, and it’s been a real struggle. My two daughters have been part of the competitive program here for over six years, but recently things have taken a turn for the worse. There’s been a massive turnover of board members, and now it seems like only one parent is running everything—handling payments, coaching, and more. We found out that the coaches for the competitive program aren’t even fully qualified and need constant supervision, which has never happened. To make matters worse, we’ve been asking for meeting minutes and financial reports for months. According to the organization’s bylaws, these should be provided to all parents, but we’ve had no luck getting them. The club claims they don’t have any records of anything. They’re charging a fortune, yet there are no cleaning services, no properly qualified coaches, and no new equipment—when I asked about when the foam pit was last replaced, nobody had any answers. When these concerns were raised, several coaches and board members quit. The club doesn’t seem to follow any rules, and most importantly, they’re not keeping the kids safe. Unfortunately, I can’t share more details right now as our case is still pending. But if you’re a current or prospective parent of a competitive program, I really want to hear your feedback. Many families have left in recent months, and it’s been a tough experience. If you’re thinking about joining this club, please be aware of the situation before making any decisions. Response It's actually pretty amusing reading this response because it’s clearly not accurate. The two cleanings per week aren't visible to the public, which has led to several negative Google reviews about the gym's cleanliness and organization. Moreover, the recent formation of a seven-member board seems to be a direct result of my complaint, likely due to concerns about the gym being shut down. If you’re interested, I can provide evidence of our email exchanges, where the gym has failed to provide financial reports, meeting minutes, or cleaning logs. I’m more than happy to share this information with everyone. It's unfortunate that many families aren't fully aware of bylaws and constitutions, which is why the board has never been held accountable for not following the rules and regulations!!!!
