I had them replace a lock on the front door of my business. The door did not fully close afterwards and the lock froze as a result. When they came back the tech yelled at me asking if I tried the key. Then he said the roof must be leaking (-25 outside?) And the water is coming down the door jam into the lock. The tech oiled it up and said it is not the lock. The door still does not fully close. I had to call another locksmith in to rectify the issue. Don't waste your money, call someone else.

I honestly picked this place partly for the reviews but mainly for the catchy name. I came in needing a key copy for my apartment and it took them like 2 minutes tops to make a PERFECT copy. Very impressed! I've wasted wayyy too much time at Canadian Tire for keys that work only half the time anyways.
