I have been taking my 2023 Mazda CX-5 to Supertech for the last couple of services and have nothing but praise to say. The service was done in a timely manner. They are quick to get me shuttled back to work no waiting for an hour for a shuttle ride as I experienced numerous times at a local dealership. The staff is friendly and explained throughly what was done. The fact that they do an inspection even on my new vehicle gives me a piece of mind. I just recently had a brake service with my routine oil and filter change and Shelby was so helpful in explaining the details of the service. I have highly recommend Supertech to my friends and family. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My engine blew on my 2018 Dodge RAM 3.0L EcoDiesel in January. It was under a separate warranty and Supertech dealt with the warranty company for me including tearing down the engine to determine the reason for the problem. Supertech sourced a new engine and installed it right away. So far I have had no trouble (repair completed one week ago). They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They take the time to answer questions and explain exactly what is happening with the vehicle and the warranty people. Apparently they were able to get the best payout ever for this kind of repair from a warranty company. I am impressed. Hopefully I never have occasion to use them again but I would certainly recommend them to anybody having an issue with their diesel engine. And if I do need them, I wouldn't hesitate for a second.

Took my 2020 F350 in for a weight loss surgery and I can say this is a fantastic shop to deal with, straightforward and didn’t try to push anything. Very knowledgeable and everything was done on time. They rented me a car for the day which was totally unexpected and appreciated. Nice to finally deal with a shop where I left happy and didn’t feel like I just got bent over. Truck runs fantastic now and the power is amazing. Will be recommending to anyone that will listen.

Installed a lift kit onto my truck and needed an alignment done by someone experienced, after many phone calls and searches I found Supertech diesel truck specialists and spoke with one of the owners on the phone. She mentioned that of course they’re weary of working on it because it’s not work that they’ve completed, which makes total sense as they can’t confirm the quality, but she assured me they would give it a shot and see what they could do. Brought my truck in, (which isn’t even a diesel! It’s a 2015 Tacoma) and they got it on the alignment table the next day. They got it aligned and it drives extremely smooth and did a free inspection on parts of my vehicle, giving me good information on any concerns, issues, and what looked good. Shelby at the front desk was super helpful and nice. And to top it off, the cable for my hood release had come out a long time ago and I couldn’t figure out how it went back in, so I never fixed it. When I got my truck back I found that the tech who worked on my truck had fixed it and put it back in its place! I feel many other places would’ve just left it the way they found it. It was such a small fix but shows how much care and detail that this company puts in. I never got the tech’s name, but thank you for working on my truck!

I took my motorhome to Super Tech Diesel for a routine oil change before taking off on a long haul trip. The shop noticed the fuel filters also needed changing and the brakes needed lubricating as part of the vehicles regular maintenance schedule. While taking care of these items, the tech noticed metal filings in the fuel bowl. He was able to quickly diagnosis the issue and determined the pump in the fuel tank was the culprit. The replacement part was order, shipped and installed quickly without impacting my planned departure. I was pleased with the techs ability to identify and diagnose the issue before it became a larger concern, one the could have easily impacted the engine if left unattended. Excellent service, competitive pricing, and reliable quality service. I highly recommend Super Tech Diesel in Nanaimo if you are looking for one of the best in town.
