I was very satisfied with their service. Sarang and Daniel helped me so much. I did appreciate it so much when I felt my car was something wrong with it and just a phone call away without hesitation and even without booking they checked and accommodated me. When they found out something they provided a courtesy car for me which was very helpful and important to me. Great job guys for your prompt service.

I just recently dealt with them on Burnside here in Victoria. Cody, Rick and their team are FABULOUS!!!! Their expertise and attention to detail has my car running perfectly. They explained exactly what was needed and followed through. Kept us informed of any issues and treated us extremely well. SuperTech Auto is my mechanic now great team. I have just completed my first dealings with Supertech Auto in North Vancouver -- and was absolutely blown away by the friendly yet professional interaction with just about everybody there, but especially Daniel. On our first encounter, he took the time to explain to me the shop philosophy and on our second contact, he carefully walked me through issues with my car that required immediate attention and those that should be monitored. I have always looked after my car. I keep track of what needs to be looked at and when. Most of what Daniel highlighted as needing attention, I expected. But, previously I was told that XX required replacing, at considerable cost. When I took the car in, I specifically asked Supertech Auto to look at XX. To my surprise, that wasn't even on the "to be monitored" list. Just to double check, I asked again - at pick up - if they have looked at it and I was assured they had. Long story short: Supertech Auto's transparent, customer-centric approach is real!!! I recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding, trustworthy - and friendly - auto service.

I had a unique issue with my overlanding rig. It required some specialized troubleshooting, and ordering of a rare part from the US that took a week to arrive. The guys were great to work with, and kept my vehicle inside each night to keep it safe and secure. Repairs were done quickly once the part arrived, and pricing was very fair. Great experience, no nonsense.
