Sunwood Dry Cleaners is the worst !!! I had 2 expensive sweatshirts for dry cleaning and both came back ruined and one sweatshirt even had a small hole which they tried to patch without even letting me know when I picked it up. When I went back to complain and ask about this small hole, they just said it got ruined while dry cleaning, so they had to patch it Well, there was no hole when I dropped it off for dry cleaning! They patching this hole shows they had ruined it on their side and tried to hide their mistake by patching it :( They didn’t even tell me about this when I picked up the sweater. I only found out when I got home. I went back to complain and no apology whatsoever and kept saying they can’t do anything about it Terrible customer service and rude staff. Stay clear of this dry cleaner !!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I recently had an unfortunate experience at this dry cleaners. I dropped off my Aritzia Super Puff Jacket, expecting it to be returned clean and refreshed. However, when I went to pick it up, the jacket was in a much worse condition than when I had left it. The original beige color had faded to a gray with spots of pinkish and bluish colors, and the stitching was noticeably damaged throughout the jacket. When I raised my concerns, the staff immediately blamed the manufacturer, suggesting the issues were due to the material rather than the cleaning process. They then mentioned that the jacket had been washed in a washing machine, which was surprising and concerning, given that I chose a dry cleaner expecting proper care for delicate items. Unfortunately, the jacket now looks far from how it did before, with a faded color and visible damage. They did nothing for me and kept telling me there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend this dry cleaner if you’re looking for reliable and professional garment care.

Went in to get my suit dry cleaned, just a basic cleaning I guess. Friendly staff, quick service, and cheap! Suit was ready in a few days and only cost 30 bucks. Quick and easy. Will likely go there again next time I need something done :)

Dropped off my suit for dry cleaning and they ruined my suit. They broke the sleeve buttons, and tried to mischievously replace them without me finding out. Some where blue, some where black. The least you could do is keep them the same colour and size (or flat out be honest and tell me about it). The also messed up the crease, which spirals down my leg like a twister!!! Perhaps they should close up shop and open a corner store instead...
