The dentist (associate dentist) working today (Feb 21) truly made our appt today chill. My boy has anxiety about the dentist. We didn’t need much done today however the nerves ran high just before the appt. The dentist was very real with my son and whatever he said, just made this appt far better than others.

Dr Raghav. What can I say he's the best.I had 22 teeth removed and got dentures he put me so at ease as soon as we met.He has quite the bed side manner to talk you through the procedure. He put me to sleep took out my teeth and I had no trouble at all I would recommend Dr Raghav to anyone.Thank you sir for making me smile again and actually mean it. Sheila Evans

In around 2021 to 2022 I went to This orthodontic clinic. They did not bother to check on any of my Very obvious issues. I had a severe overbite that needed to be fixed, My canine adult tooth was stuck in the roof of my mouth, My molar on my right side was also still a baby tooth and the roots were wrapping around the adult tooth above it Causing it not to come out. While sitting there at the dentist with my father, A lady told me about that tooth, My molar. She then told me to try and extract that tooth by myself in that chair because they didn’t extract Teeth there. I was around 14-15 as I’m now 17 years old, and that’s what they wanted me to do?! My dad was livid. Around that time as well, I was using Invisalign that they gave me, They kept snapping and were excessively brittle And they would break into 2 to 3 pieces and they told me that it was because of my teeth structure. We did not get reimbursed for that When we stopped treatment, We never got our money back and it was never something that they mentioned to us either. They also did not take into account that I had a severe overbite, They waited so excessively long and never mentioned it to the point where when I Went to a different orthodontist, who I am currently seeing which is absolutely amazing, I almost needed to get surgery to fix it Because they waited too long, and my current orthodontist was excessively disappointed. I also had a canine tooth stuck in the roof of my mouth that they completely neglected. My new orthodontic and dentist clinics that I currently go to both notice that this tooth was stuck in the roof of my mouth in the scans that bloom took, but it was never mentioned nor taken into account. I needed surgery to get that tooth exposed and moved because it was stuck in the roof of my mouth, unable to move or get anywhere to where it needed to be . I remember mentioning before how that canine was a lot smaller than the rest of my mouth Teeth, and they never took that as a worry and looked . They were extremely aggressive, putting on my Invisalign when I first got the trays applied And we’re generally not a good place to go. Nurses were rude, Front desk ladies were also very disrespectful. And I would genuinely never go back. Ever again.

Dr. Ali and the team were incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and valued as a client. They took the time to explain everything and truly focused on my teeth, gums, and overall health. It was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had, completely different from the rushed or uncomfortable visits I’d had before. I left feeling happy, confident, and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

We’re new to town and were hoping for a welcoming first experience—but unfortunately, this wasn’t it. The promotions advertised for new patients felt misleading and didn’t match what was actually offered. When I inquired, I was told the promo only applies to adults, yet that was never communicated beforehand. The overall experience with the dentist was okay as per my children. If you’re looking for a more transparent and genuinely welcoming dental experience, I’d recommend exploring other options.
