I had a great experience with Dr. Ruchi! She is an amazing physio who explains everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which made my first time at physio feel comfortable and reassuring. After having three sessions for my lower back injury, I really appreciated how she took the time to walk me through the process, educate me on why each treatment is important, and how to prevent further injuries. I had 109 physiotherapy sessions at Sunstone Physio Clinic over 11 months, almost a full year, after a workplace injury. I was in severe pain and also struggling emotionally and mentally during this time. Honestly, this place became more than just a clinic for me. My physiotherapist, vinty , is truly amazing. She is kind, calm, very knowledgeable, and incredibly experienced—but what stood out the most was her empathy and patience. I had so many questions, fears, and bad days, and she always took the time to explain things and reassure me. She never made me feel rushed or ignored. Her support made a very difficult period of my life much more bearable. I recommend her from my heart to anyone who needs physiotherapy, especially if you are dealing with a long-term injury or a lot of pain. I also want to mention Jaspreet at the front desk. She was always friendly, organized, and welcoming, and her kindness made every visit easier. Thank you to the Sunstone Physio team for your care, understanding, and humanity. I will always be grateful.

Amazing experience at this clinic! From the front office staff—especially Jaspreet, who is absolutely AMAZING and always provides the best service—to my massage therapist Jason, who has been incredible. Jason was my massage therapist at another clinic, and when he moved here full-time, I followed him because he is simply the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I love seeing him weekly, knowing I’ll always be well taken care of. Highly recommend! And to management, if you’re reading this: Jaspreet is outstanding at her job. Her client-focused customer service makes every visit that much better—I truly appreciate her!
