I had a great experience at Sunshine Laundry. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the machines work efficiently. The atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A special mention to the worker named label — she was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth with her positive attitude. Definitely a reliable spot for laundry in Kitchener!

Awesome experience! The laundry is clean and machines are well maintained. I had an issue with a washer ( my fault..user error;-) )Called the number for support and was greeted by an AI agent. The issue was not resolved by AI but a wonderful rep called me back and helped resolve it. Overall great experience and would recommend this place for your laundry...waiting for the bots to fold and pack my clothes after the laundry is done :-)

Great laundromat! The machines were clean and worked well, and the place itself was bright and well maintained. It wasn’t overcrowded, which made doing laundry quick and stress free. Prices were reasonable, and everything felt safe and organized. Definitely a reliable spot.I’ll be coming back.

Bathroom not in service. hallway blocked with storage to it. Carpet not vacuumed all week. Hair so bad in cart wheels. Front Window display old rag - dust etc - Looks like never taken care of. Not a lot of TLC appearance and cleaning by owners. Attendant working was great though - even cleaned up puke mess from an addict emptying her purse and bag of puke into the sink which went on the floor and counter too. I will not go again. Try another place. Surprised by past reviews because my first time there expected more
