I have been a client since 1982 and been very happy with Dr. Bob and Dr. Kim. Today I was shocked to learn I had to pay a cancellation fee when I needed to cancel an appointment the morning of , due to the fact I had my COVID shot and had a bad reaction ....I have helped them out several times when someone cancelled and they needed to fill a spot. Did they really want me to come up when I was sick, dizzy and feverish. I was offered a reduced rate because this was a first time.

We have been clients here for over 36 years. We have been patients of Dr Robert Paterson and now his daughter Kimberly! Our 3 ( now adult children) are all patients here too. The office is conveniently close to home. It is very clean and has had many updates and renovations over the years. Some staff have come and gone but many are still the same wonderful group! The front desk staff do their best to accommodate your schedules and are great with text reminder confirmations. I have referred many friends here! 🙌🥰 The hygienists and dental assistants are all kind and caring and they listen to what you are telling them. They are especially good if you are feeling anxious or claustrophobic with a specific procedure! We are truly really happy coming here.

Hi, I wanted to take a minute and thank the team at Sunshine Hills Dental Center. They do a terrific job in making sure my Twin girls were taken care of. When we were approaching the office they were quite scared and unsure of what would happen. The experience was great from beginning to the end. The front desk team was very friendly when they greeted us, and the appointment started right on time. Dr Kim and her dental team provided clear instructions on how the appointment would go and took great care in making them feel at ease. Girls were happy to receive the toys at the end of the appointment. Thank you Sunshine Hills team for putting my girls feelings first! Greatly appreciated

I have been coming to Sunshine Hills Dental since I was 4. For 25 years, Dr. Bob Paterson has seen me grow up, get married and have children. I've seen his daughter, Dr. Kim Paterson, become a wonderful dentist. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else - the friendly, helpful and informative dental care I've received I know I would never find somewhere else. I've had plenty of dental procedures of my own, due to my lack of proper cleaning as a teen, and I've always been lovingly cared for. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and approachable. Sunshine Hills Dental feels like family. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my own or my kids' dental care.

I have been a patient of Dr.Bob Paterson’s for just about 28 yrs. My boys were also his patients growing up while we all lived in N.Delta.I cannot even imagine going anywhere else for my Dental health even though I now live an hour away. I have never been talked into unnecessary work and treatment and services are always carried out in the most explained, caring and gentle manner. Dr.Kimberly Paterson is a delightful addition to this practice offering informative , caring and gentle treatment also. The hygienists team and the reception staff are a wonderful group of people that help this place run like like a well oiled engine ! Would recommend this Dental Clinic 110% !
