I was looking for a low impact form of exercise to help rebuild my core strength postpartum and decided to try Sunset Pilates. I’m so glad I did! The classes have been amazing so far. The instructors are really great offering guidance and adjustments as needed. I can feel my body getting stronger after just a handful of classes. Im finding myself looking forward to class and I can’t wait to see how far I can go with it!

★★★★★ I stumbled upon Sunset Pilates yesterday and decided to walk in to inquire about classes — and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I stepped inside, the girls at the front were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and let me know they were offering a free intro class, which was such a lovely surprise. The class itself was amazing. The energy in the studio was warm and encouraging, and the instruction was clear, motivating, and supportive. It was honestly the first time I didn’t want an exercise class to end! I left feeling strong, refreshed, and already excited for my next session. I’ll definitely be coming back and making Pilates at Sunset Pilates part of my routine. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming studio with a great vibe and an incredible workout!

After being cleared by my physio, I began my journey of rebuilding core strength after a C-section at this Pilates studio—and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. From day one, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The environment feels safe, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made a huge difference for me as I eased back into movement postpartum. Every session feels intentional and empowering, helping me reconnect with my body and regain strength with confidence. Martia is absolutely incredible—so attentive, caring, and truly invested in her clients. She takes the time to understand your body, your limits, and your goals, and makes you feel supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes proper recovery, strength, and genuine care—especially after pregnancy—this studio is exceptional. Highly recommend.

I enrolled in this class three weeks ago and I am highly impressed with the instructors. They are exceptionally kind, respectful, and patient in their teaching approach. Their motivation and the positive energy within the class are truly commendable. I intend to continue my lessons as I have experienced significant improvements in my physical and emotional well-being, and I am observing substantial positive changes in my physique. Love this new studio! Martia’s classes are my favourite and I appreciate her cueing and easy to understand instructions. Reformer Pilates is still new to me but overall I have been having a great experience. Only wish I could come more often!
