My first time at Sunridge Veterinary Clinic was very helpful. I was greeted immediately and was invited to share my concerns about my Foster Cat who is having a difficult time adjusting to life in Vernon, after she was surrendered from a Calgary home where she was no longer wanted. She is traumatized and has been hiding in my closet for a month. I was asked to bring her in to see the Vet for a checkup on her health. I really like and recommend this clinic!🐈‍ 🪷🐈‍⬛

I will be telling everybody not to bring there animals here the way they treated my girlfriend today and banned her just because she forgot her bank card and wanted to go home and get it shame on you won't ever recommend this place to anyone will be telling all my friends to never got to this place have been going to Vernon veterinary for years without any issue and are always understanding was thinking of switching because this vet is closer but now I will tell everyone I know to stay clear

Very rude disrespectful staff I am not sure if this place has new management or staff but the way i was treated today is beyond me !!!!!! I couldn't belive it i have been taking all my pets here since I was about 19 years old !!!! I have maintained a full time job in health care for over 10 years almost 11 years!!!! I have a deadly autoimmune diseases with no treatment so I had to take a sleeping pill and it kind of makes you out of it and tired so I accidentally slept through the kittens vacontations. The vet was so understanding and caring I was so happy they rescheduled for the afternoon I stated getting my children and my self rest to take in the kittens to the vet. I couldn't find my debit card and the way I was treated is beyond me !!!!! I have never ever had a problem in my entire life if this ever happened they would just let me come back and pay after !!!!!! Its not a grocery store its supposed to be like a second family for you and your family and your pet !!!!!! In fact this should all be on record and file of all the pets I had or have and all payments in full!!!! I am very upset and feel very disrespected right know !!!!!! 🙃 I recommend to not go to this vet if this is how they treat other people and there family and pets i even offered to run home and pay afterwords as i have done this before in the past if I ever forgot my debit or visa card. I would like to put in a huge complant to management and maybe treat people with more dignity and respect thank you 💯💯💯💯💥💥💥💫💫💥💥💯💯💝💝💝

Dr. Sara was most caring of my elder dog upon our first visit. She recommended affordable & reasonable care options to ensure her health from current 13 years of age with no real health issues. The staff at Sunridge is fantastic, very helpful and friendly.

Great customer service and care towards pet owners and their fur babies. I couldn't imagine any greater vet or vet staff for our boy canucks or any pets in our future. They are kind and compassionate and their honest points of views and stories from their experiences as pet owners and not just as a vet and vet staff are very comforting. We have been with sun ridge since canucks was a pup and I highly recommend them and their services
