I’ve had my nails done here once previously and they were decent, however when i went to get them filled and a new design a couple days later mold began to grow on both my thumbs and my index finger. the nails were chunky and uneven. safe to say i’ll do my own

Girlfriend got her nails done here. Had an enjoyable experience other than the quality of work done. The nails were finished uneven and looked home done. Not worth the money for the quality of work. Customer service could also be better and it smells horrible.

My experience here was…not great. The final outcome of my nails was satisfactory but I found that the lady who helped me was not very kind and did not respond well to feedback/requests. When she asked while filing my nails if I was happy with the shape, I very respectfully and politely asked if she could make some adjustments but it almost seemed as if she was angry to the point where I felt embarrassed for even asking (when I am the one paying around $80 for the service!). Overall, my nails turned out to look pretty good but I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

Me, my mom, and my friend went there to get our nails done for my grad. My friends nails looked good, but they were way too busy that when we had a reserved time they took other people before us. They were moving everyone around and giggling when looking at our hands. It was not fun to sit there while they did my nails. When they did my nails they looked okay and then the polish went bubbly on my nail. They are also very sharp and not the length i had asked for. When they got to my moms they were doing her nails and they looked good and she had asked for chrome. When it got to putting the chrome on she put way to much on and completely covered the base color. They turned completely silver and when my mom cured them they turned pink on some nails and the lady didn’t say anything about it. When we asked why it was pink she sat there and said she didn’t know what happened and didn’t offer a solution to it. There was also 2 fills and they still charged us 65 dollars for an acrylic fill. This is absolutely unacceptable that they didn’t give a discount for the bad nails. I will never be going back there and i recommend going to a different one.
