I have been attending group and private classes with Katya at Sunfit regularly for over five years now, and honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Katya! She is a very gifted teacher with a strong grounding in anatomy and Pilates technique. Every class is different and well planned out to challenge and meet the needs of her students. To top it off, she makes it fun! I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to practice Pilates under Katya’s guidance.

I have always wanted to try Pilates and have heard such great things, and after meeting Katya I decided to actually do it!!! I am such a beginner but wow was it awesome!! Highly recommend to anyone!! I have a bad knee and arthritis on my right side of my body and it was great for me and Katya was great at making sure I was comfortable with all the moves. Thank you so much to Katya for everything!!
