Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Sunderland for ten plus years. Trent and his stellar staff have been incredible, they are great with kids, Krista is so accommodating with our busy schedule and when we hit the teen years they were amazing support during some very complex orthodontics. I attended Sunderland as I was seeking a new dentist for my daughter. I have to start by saying I am very pleased with the quality of the professionals’ work with my daughter’s cavity and was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Christa. Despite this I’d like to address the poor treatment I saw from Christa to one of the female dental assistants. The assistant came out with a patient and began speaking to the receptionist regarding the treatment, Christa responded with rude, sarcastic responses towards her as this young assistant stood there. Poor attitude.
