My entire experience was incredibly relaxing; I even checked with Elizabeth to see if I was snoring during my treatment. Elizabeth’s touch with just the right amount of pressure hit all the tense sore spots and the hot stones right after were divine. My spa experience with Elizabeth was my little bit of heaven for the day!

I absolutely love this spa in our little village! I always have an amazing experience whether it’s a facial, hot stone massage, or any of their package specials. Everyone is so professional and each time I leave there feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!

I was charged $236 for a service I never received due to a serious flaw in Sun Peaks Spa’s online booking system — a flaw their own staff admit affects many customers. Their website glitches and jumps dates, meaning you can select a time on one day and be silently booked onto a completely different day. There is a pop-up that looks like a generic advertisement, not a clear date confirmation. I booked what I genuinely believed was a Sunday appointment. Instead, their system booked me on Saturday, a day I was working. Yes, I “confirmed” the appointment — because why on earth would a customer assume they need to double-check that the website hasn’t malfunctioned and changed the date they deliberately selected? Confirmation should confirm what you chose, not quietly lock in an error caused by a broken interface. I’m an overseas worker on the mountain, working around the clock coming into Christmas, financially stretched after relocating internationally. This massage was meant to be a gift. Instead, I was hit with a $236 charge for nothing, and the spa refused to take responsibility for their own acknowledged system issue. Charging customers hundreds of dollars for a known website error is not professional, not ethical, and certainly not “luxury service.” A high-end spa should show basic accountability and compassion — not hide behind fine print while knowingly operating a faulty booking system. Until Sun Peaks Spa fixes their booking platform and stops penalising guests for its failures, I strongly advise others to book elsewhere — or risk paying hundreds of dollars for an appointment you never actually booked.

I’d been curious about the spa in Sun Peaks for ages, and I’m so glad I finally went. The space may be small, but it feels like it opens into its own world; calm, grounding, and full of heart. Elizabeth’s facial was everything I didn’t know I needed: gentle, restorative, and full of care. I could feel the care in every detail. It was followed by a soothing foot massage from Chris, and I actually drifted off to sleep. Truly a hidden gem in the mountains.
