My first visit was efficient and comfortable. *Manager Wennie and admin Michelle were courteous and welcoming. *Thea cleaned my teeth gently and thoroughly, and *The Dentist rovided a careful exam without pushing unnecessary treatment. I was very impressed and would happily return — 5/5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic in Richmond and am truly grateful for the excellent care my daughter and I received today. The dental hygienist, Roy, was absolutely fantastic — attentive to details, very polite, and highly professional. The cleaning was done efficiently and with great care, making the entire process comfortable and pleasant. The dentist, Charlie, was also great — quick, attentive, and clear in communication, which I really appreciated. I would also like to highlight the front desk team in both offices of the clinic. They were incredibly client-oriented, kind, and proactive, and they went out of their way to help resolve an issue for both my daughter and me promptly at the very end of the year, which means a lot. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic!

I brought mom to Sun Dentistry for her cleaning today, and we had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm, patient, and attentive. They made my mom feel very comfortable and well cared for. The hygienist was extremely gentle, professional, and thorough. My mom usually gets nervous during cleanings, but this time she felt completely relaxed. The care and kindness shown by the whole team truly meant a lot to us. Thank you, Sun Dentistry, for treating my mom with such respect and compassion. We sincerely appreciate it. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had my appointment at Sunday 4pm, and then they kept calling me starting on Friday to reschedule my appointment to 11:30am that day. I finally said yes, and then I rescheduled everything in the afternoon. Now at 11:30am when I was there, the receptionist told me that it was a mistake, I shouldn’t be here because there is a patient at that time, which they thought he will not come. WOW! Good job! What a dentistry! For this I would rather rate them a 0 star

Dr. Kevin Wang was so professional and knowledgeable. Office is tidy and organized. Everything is on schedule and on plan. Overall experience was great and absolutely recommended to community! Covid protocols followed for sure.
