Cannot recommend enough. I've only had one experience though. Emergency situation with my deadbolt. Mike was able to come out within a day and fix me up. Replaced the keys, cylinder. Explained everything. Friendly chatting. He explained an issue with the lock that made sense to a non handy person - me. And I'm just overall pleased. For the service charge, it's on par for other companies around $140-150.

Nathan was so helpful! After my foundation was lifted, I was left with outside doors that wouldn't close. He solved ny issue in 20 minutes. This stopped cold and the potential of critters from entering my home with cold temps over night. Thanks Nathan. Regards, Al Lemoine

We had Summit Lock and Safe recommended to us by the realtor that we used to purchase our property. I can see the reason why they were recommended. It was a fairly simple task that they were doing for us, but they were highly responsive and very respectful through the entire process. The technician that came out to help us out was Nathan. He notified me ahead of time that he was on his way and was very professional when he arrived. I would highly recommend Summit Lock and Safe to anyone else and I will get them back for any future locksmith needs.
