I’m so happy I visited SU:M Hair & Spa. Zoe was genuinely so kind, patient, and easy to talk to — we connected over K-dramas, Korean actors and I felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. Even the director joined the conversation and made the place feel even more welcoming. The keratin treatment exceeded my expectations. My hair feels lighter, healthier, and beautifully smooth. I appreciate how they took care of me not just as a customer, but as a person. I’ll definitely be coming back. 💜

I didn’t love my experience here. When getting a haircut, I usually expect the stylist to wet the hair to ensure an even cut, but my haircut was done completely dry. I also asked for more layers in the front and very few in the back, yet I ended up with almost no layering at all. I mentioned this again during the appointment, but nothing really changed. The final result isn’t bad, but it’s not what I showed in the reference picture. Overall, I was disappointed.

I've been coming to Tony and Lynn for about 7 years and they always do an amazing job! Prices are reasonable. I usually see Lynn and she is honest about the condition of my hair so I can avoid from damaging it too much. I always leave happy with my new hair!
