Best Nail Salon that Ive been to in Richmond, so far! Clean and quiet (not the usual nail salon where Nail techs would chat/talk to each other) Also, Annie is that girl! Annie took the time to save my nails! I appreciate it! You gain a regular customer! See you again soon!

Had a beautiful gel french manicure done by Naia, the salon was super cute, clean, and she was really nice. However, a week later and the majority of my nails are already chipped, and one has completely cracked. Super disappointing for the price Edit: they did contact me and offer a new set, however as someone who hates having their nails done I didn’t want to sit through another salon visit, but would come back in the future

Super impressed with Annie. My daughter wanted a specific design on her nails that she found on the internet for her birthday. Annie executed it with precision and it looked even BETTER than the photo. She knew her stuff: made colour and nail service recommendations and handled my daughters nails with care. We will be back for sure. The entire time we were there (2.5 hrs), the place was packed with people of all ages. Fair pricing and good customer service.
