The most amazing salon from professionalism, colouring, extensions, pricing and more! I went into inquire about getting hair extensions and they quoted me an amazing price for real human hair 24 inch extensions, colour and install. The same day they got me into the chair coloured me and did my full service and I left with exactly what I wanted! Such a lovely salon, the girls are amazing and huge shout out to Rhea who spent so much time perfecting my hair and making it exactly how I wanted it to be! Not only that, in the next couple days, they kept in contact with me to make sure everything was going smoothly, talked to me about maintenance, day-to-day routine, products within my price range, and so much more! All while making sure that I’m fully educated about the hair I’m getting and how to make it last a proper lifetime! I would absolutely recommend success21 to anyone!

I made an appointment for a Keratin therapy and I had to give $30 to make this appointment. I had to cancel it because I'm breastfeeding and didn't know it was harmful for my baby. When I canceled I asked the $30 back, and I was told I had to wait because the owner was busy, she was there and she literally said: "can I finish this?" With an unkind tone. The guy who was on the desk nicely asked me to leave my email and an E-transfer was going to he made later, so I did that. Nothing happened. A few weeks later, I called to kindly remind about it and she told me owner said she'd take care of it. Nothing happened. My son was a regular customer of this place but now of course we won't come back.

Really wonderful experience: ) My daughter has had her hair braided at other places before. She was so happy with Success 21 because of the talent and kindness of the braiders. She asked if she can switch to Success 21 as her salon : ) They didn’t comb out her hair aggressively (a big deal when you’re 11), they asked if she needed to get up and stretch several times, and were really friendly. And her hair looks amazing ! And the price is very fair.

Feels like home! I’ve been getting my hair braided since I was a little girl. I need to braid my hair every so often as a protective hair style or if I’m in certain extreme weather conditions. Typically, I have friends and family members in the US who would braid my hair for me when I go to visit them. I rarely go to places to get it done, unless I don’t have a trip planned to the US anytime soon. By far, out of all the places I have tried over the years, this has been my BEST experience. The braids are SO nice and well done. The team and owner at Success 21 felt like a family and worked so well together. The atmosphere was so comfortable, I felt like I was back at home getting my hair braided by my cousin. The prices are a little up there, but honestly, close to what I’ve paid at most places in Canada. And the work speaks for itself. It’s worth every penny and I’ve never been so happy with my braids. I HIGHLY recommend Success 21 Salon and I’ll definitely be going back in the future :)
