My friend and I went and got some piercings together (I got a forward helix and daith, and she got a helix), and the staff were so extremely kind and helpful! I did not catch their names, but the apprentice, and the other two ladies were so nice. It baffles me how this place has a 4.4 rating. I went here for a basic tapering, spent over a 100 dollars for two studs, which were not fixed in properly. The one from my right ear fell out in a day. I managed to find the tiny guy and went back to get it re-fixed. The person at the reception tell me that I have to repay for them not being able to fix it properly, however another piercer said that I don't need to. Moving on, I get it fixed in and guess what? It falls out again the very same day but this time, I could not find the stud so I go back and they tell me that they can fix it for me only once I find it. But hello, if one stud falls out twice, it is on you for not a. giving me the right size, b. not fixing it in properly. Never going here again. money down the drain.

Many of the positive reviews have been for piercings, and I agree it was great, if you want a piercing, go here. The first tattoo I received turned out fine, as long as you are okay with a slightly wavy line work. The only reason I returned was because I didn’t mind the look of the first tattoo, the second tattoo is when I realized this was not a place I would ever return to or recommend to anyone. The tattoo artist himself was very friendly, talkative, no issues. The “Manager”, if you can call her that, seemingly had to call someone else to make any real decisions (I know this based off my first visit not discussed here); I’m less than impressed with. I have countless tattoos, never once have I had an overworked or infected one, so I didn’t know what to look for, which is what I ended up with after my second visit. 1week after, I went in to ask them to have a look, it was not healing normally, very painful and swollen, and it was like they had no idea what they were looking at, the artist actually recommend that I put Polysporin on it (NEVER do this), he admitted that he “may” have over worked it in the area that was heavily scabbed, the “Manger” took some pictures and told me she would get back to me after she spoke with "her boss". Long story short, I went to Urgent Care who issued antibiotics (just in case it was an infection) but I never heard back from the “manager”. So, I went in again to ask about what happened but she was on her lunch break, I spoke with the artist, got the name of the ink for a follow-up with Urgent Care but never heard back from her. I never expected them to do anything, even if the artist did admit to overworking the tattoo, but if you tell me you are going to send pictures to your boss and then call me, do so. The final photo is the end result, healed after 1.5 months. Bottom-line – go elsewhere for tattoos.

I had 2 piercings done by Sarah and she was fantastic! She explained the process, helped me stay relaxed, and gave me after care instructions. I had a lot of help from the staff to pick out the best earings for the arrangement I wanted on my ears. Super happy with my experience 😊
