Harsh Shah is my go to at Strive Physiotherapy. He's knowledgeable, professional and caring. He is helping me get rid of my frozen shoulder. Even though he works on my muscle very hard I'm hoping for the end result to be pain free and have my mobility restored. No pain no gain! If I may add, the front receptionist is very welcoming too.

Stride spot and physiotherapy is a place for all. The staff are polite, welcoming and above all caring. They treat customers with respect and are experienced in what they do. I stated physiotherapy therapy with them for back strain in Dec 8, 2025. After two sessions, I felt some changes. I was able to walk upright. I recommend their services to everyone out there looking for physiotherapists to better their health.

I had a great experience at this physiotherapy clinic. The staff is professional, welcoming, and well organized. A special thanks to Harsh Shah, who is an outstanding physiotherapist. He carefully listened to my concerns, explained the treatment plan clearly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout every session. I noticed significant improvement in my lower back pain and mobility in a short time. Highly recommend this clinic and Harsh Shah for quality physiotherapy care.

If i could give zero stars I would. I'm honestly enraged with how this clinic is scamming people out of their money. I was going to this place for the last 4 months for a knee injury. I have went through 2 physio therapists. The first one only spent a total of 5 minutes assessing my knee, gave me no medical diagnosis, and starting to give me a few workouts that he didn't even walk me through. I had a 1 hour appointment, and he basically spent 20 minutes on me, and that was it. I choose to trust him just to find out 2 months later that the workouts he told me to do were doing nothing but further aggravating my injury. That should of been my first clue that this place is a sham, but do to my ignorance in how physio therapy should work i decided to go back again, and I was given a different physio therapist. This lady was really nice, and I think is generally a good person, but it ended up being a similar experience to the first guy. No proper medical diagnosis, lots of random workouts, and stretches that were taking a total of 2 hours to complete, and after 4 months did nothing to fix my knee. I didn't even notice any changes in pain reduction. I was told that my muscles were the problem, and I have to strengthen them which couldn't have been further from my actual problem. I was consistently encouraged to come back every week even though i didn't feel like that was enough time to see results, and everytime I came back, and told them nothing is improving they didn't take time to reassess my injury; they just kept throwing more exercises at me. I finally decided to go get a second opinion on my knee at movenetics physio therapy, and the experience was night and day. Right off the bat the facility actually looked like a physio therapy gym, as opposed to strides more doctor office look. Within 30 minutes of me being there my physio therapist properly gave me a medical diagnosis with actual medical terminology on what my knee problem was, which was a huge relief to me as opposed to strides therapists just telling it's my muscles, or it's your knee cap, I was also provided a game plan, and i was told I only needed to be there every two weeks, I was given a dry needleing treatment along with one stretch, one workout, and after i completed the session my knee immediately felt much better then it has in the last 4 months. The whole interaction actually felt as if they cared about me, as opposed to trying to keep me coming back so they can milk my wallet, and they have the same hourly charge stride has.
I was told that I have Patellar tendinitis; which he explained only requires a maximum of 8 weeks in most cases to fully cure. You can imagine how upset I was to hear that If I was given proper treatment that I could have continued to pursue my active lifestyle alot sooner.
When I told my new physio therapist about my experience with stride he told me certain physio clinics employ tactics like that so you keep coming back, and spending your money on bogus physio that doesn't help.
I feel like I have been taking advantage of, my trust and faith has been betrayed, and I feel like my injury was being prayed on by this malicious clinic; whos only goal was to get as much money out of me as they can.
If I didn't know that it was not worth it for me financially; I would contact a lawyer to begin a lawsuit on them.
My only hope is that other injured people see my comment, and choose to steer clear of these scam artists disguised as medical professionals.
