Really happy so far with Strata. Very responsive, it was easy to book an estimate online. Anthony was great and so helpful for getting the info for the quote, and amazingly he was able to get Daniel to start a few days later. I had been struggling to line up an electrician, so I felt like I was in good hands. Really happy with the professionalism as well - Daniel did a great job and explained things well to me. And Anthony did a follow up call, and I thought that was such a nice touch. We have one final step in the project, but so far, this has been awesome. One last thing as I found Strata via the good Google reviews, and I would have found this helpful Pricing was fair. An independent electrician, may save you a little bit of money but a good one gets too booked up. Paying for fast and efficient is worth it. I think Strata's prices are reasonable and they were honest and I saved some money once they actually started the job and saw I didn't need one part they initially anticipated.

Excellent work! Our Electrician, Dustin, arrived on time and was prepared with solutions that met our specific situation. He was polite, tidy and efficient. Should we have any future projects that require electrical support, I will definitely be booking with Strata again! Highly recommend.

I hired this company to install pot lights under my walkout deck, based on a recommendation from a friend who had the exact same job done by them just a month earlier. Her project took only one hour. When the electrician arrived, I asked how long it would take. He estimated one hour. However, three days later, I received an invoice for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I called Anthony to dispute the charge and even provided my friend’s address so he could look up the similar job. He didn’t explain the difference — just said “every job is different.” That said, Anthony was reasonable to deal with and offered to settle the invoice for $300, which I agreed to. When I tried to pay, the payment link the company sent to me only allowed me to pay the full amount of $451. I informed them that I needed a corrected link for the agreed $300 amount. Instead, I received a call from Janene in accounting. She was very rude, refused to send a new payment link, and insisted I had to pay the full amount. She also threatened to send the account to collections. It was clear she hadn’t communicated with Anthony before escalating the issue. In the end, I didn't pay — not because I wasn’t willing, but because I was prevented from paying the agreed amount due to the accounting representative’s unwillingness to send a revised link. To make matters worse, their accounting person told me that "the electrician wouldn't know how long a job would take." Isn't that ridiculous? If a company can’t even estimate how long a basic job like this should take, how are customers supposed to plan or budget? I’m posting this review to document that I made every effort to resolve the issue fairly, but received conflicting information and poor customer service. I was a fair customer—I've never refused to pay an invoice or bill before. Unfortunately, the accounting staff was extremely rude and refused to send me a new payment link for the agreed-upon amount. Instead, they threatened to send me to collections. I’m disappointed with how this was handled and would caution others to get everything in writing before proceeding with any work.

Awesome service from Team Strata Electrical! Urgently needed to run 220V to our air compressor at the shop, Josh was sharp on time and had everything done in a couple hours. Looks super clean and works as expected! Much appreciated!
