I was in for my first visit with Tanu. She did an amazing haircut and fixed the last cut received elsewhere. I will definitely be back. All staff are friendly and lovely salon. Highly recommend Tanu for hair!

Best laser hair removal. Very professional, thorough, and friendly. Results speak for themselves. I’m a 54 yo guy with massive amount of back hair. Noticeable difference after 1 session. 2nd one now complete with probably 1 more to go. Excellent results.

This is the best place in Calgary SE for sugaring. Rupy is super profesional and an amazing esthetician . I came to get a sugaring wax because other place cancelled on me last minute. Rupy is a lifesaver and so talented at what she does. Every time I come here I have an amazing experience. Fully recommend them

​I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone—especially not a fellow expectant mother days away from her due date. What was meant to be a final "treat" before giving birth turned into a multi-day ordeal that left my hair fried and two-toned. ​Sunday: Arrived for my 1 PM appointment only to be sent home because the stylist was "having a bad day." Unprofessional, but I tried to be understanding. ​Monday: Spent 5 hours in the chair. I asked for highlights; she talked me into "babylights." I walked out looking like a raccoon. Despite being disappointed, I paid in full and tipped because I felt bad she had been on her feet—a kindness I now deeply regret. ​The "Fix": When I called to express my concerns, I was told I’d have to pay hundreds more to fix their mistake. ​When I went in to speak to the owner, I was completely dismissed. She claimed she "didn't see" the issue and insisted on more money to correct the botched job. It wasn't until I stood my ground and refused to leave with "raccoon hair" that they offered a solid color. ​They stated I had to sign a waiver in my state of desperation. I chose a dark chocolate brown just to cover the mess. The result? A two-toned disaster. The top of my head is red, and the bottom is black. ​Beyond the hideous color, my hair is immensely damaged and dried out. I now have to wait months to touch it again to avoid it breaking off. ​Bottom Line: This salon lacks basic technical skills and, more importantly, lacks integrity. They took hundreds of dollars, ignored my concerns, and sent a heavily pregnant woman out the door feeling stressed and saddened. I do not recommend anyone to go here for balayage, or highlights. You'll thank me later.

Kamal did a wonderful job with my haircut! I was a little nervous as I am new to the area and was having a hard time finding a new stylist, but I lucked out with a great one. It was also super easy to schedule online. When I got there we discussed what I wanted beforehand, and she offered suggestions during the process, and my hair turned out even better than what I asked for. Happy to have found someone close to where I live!
